Since I often go eat and review at FABULOUS restaurants… I often cannot control my hunger and my mouth conquers my brain and I suffer from short term amnesia where I forget that I AM head tastebud… and I eat before taking the pictures. Then in the middle of an awful scrumptious bite… I shout in horror as I recover and recall that I am on DUTY! But I’m sure that it’s comforting for all my fans and readers out there to know that I actually AM eating and tasting the food! It is only PROOF that I am dedicated to my work and to the fine diners out there..
