Okay, those cheddar biscuits look totally amazing! I’m guessing that’s an island of bacon in the middle of the clam chowder? I’d totally just eat that for lunch.
Ohh, brown butter mayo… that is definitely interesting and new. I’m happy to see they use a New England style bun, too. I’m missing lobster rolls since my trip back East so I may just have to check that out. Plus crispy shallots! That’s got my name written all over it!
I haven’t checked out Ironside yet but this post is definitely encouraging me to make up for that!
