Eggbert's

In the Coconut Marketplace, you'll find one location that is shared by Eggbert's (breakfast and lunch) and Hula Girl Bar & Grill (dinner).  We stopped by for breakfast.  My friend thought his Mushroom Omelet with Cheese and Hash Browns was good.    I enjoyed a full stack of Banana Pancakes with Coconut Syrup (about $8).  I had seen coconut syrup in several shops and was looking forward to trying it out.  I was not disappointed.  It definitely tastes different than maple syrup (which is also available).  The coconut syrup doesn't seem as sugary.  Three pancakes was too much for me.  Their short stack (two pancakes) would have been better.  Don't like bananas?  You can order plain buttermilk pancakes.  Their pancakes are also available with mac nuts, papaya, or cinnamon.
