Eggbert's

In the Coconut Marketplace, you'll find one location that is shared by Eggbert's (breakfast and lunch) and Hula Girl Bar & Grill (dinner).  We stopped by for breakfast.  My friend thought his Mushroom Omelet with Cheese and Hash Browns was good.    I enjoyed a full stack of Banana Pancakes with Coconut Syrup (about $8).  I had seen coconut syrup in several shops and was looking forward to trying it out.  I was not disappointed.  It definitely tastes different than maple syrup (which is also available).

Fish Express

Fish Express has a variety of poke, but I was drawn to the amazing Spicy Lobster Salad ($13.99 per pound).  1/4 lb (I believe that is their smallest container) was more than enough for me.  It was delicious!  I could taste the lobster and it was spicy, but not too spicy.  =)
