Oreo Cookie Fudge

Ingredients:
1 pound (super) white chocolate (Merckens or whatever confectionary coating you like)
1 can condensed milk
8-10 crushed Oreos
Directions:
1. Melt the chocolate.
2. Add the condensed milk and crushed cookies.
3. Stir and turn mixture onto a parchment lined pan and smooth out.
4. Chill 2 hours, cut, and serve.
Tips from Cathy:
I like to use Wilton's Candy Melts (about $3 from Michaels - although it's only 14 oz). I just put them in a big glass Pyrex measuring cup and microwave for 30 seconds. Then I stir it and put it back in the microwave for another 15 seconds, stir, and then another 15 seconds (if necessary - you don't want to burn it), and stir until it's smooth.
I went to Vons for the condensed milk. I could only find it in the Asian aisle. The regular price was about $4-5. Luckily for me, it was on sale - 50% off. But, I later found out from my mom that it's about $1.25 at Asian supermarkets.
Even though the recipe states 8-10 Oreo cookies, I used 15 (about 1/3 of the package). You probably don't want to use the whole package, otherwise there'll be too many cookies and not enough fudge to hold them together.

Fudge is a type of Western confectionery which is usually very sweet, extremely rich and frequently flavored with cocoa. It is made by mixing sugar, butter and milk and heating it to the soft-ball stage. Check this Healthy Fudge at pdfph.com
